Andrea Jost (FRICS) is our expert for conflict management and solutions based on clients’ interests, with particular emphasis on the areas of real estate and construction as well as internal company relations. She offers more than 20 years of experience as senior manager or general director of real estate in the areas of fund and asset management, both national and international, as well as in the fields of real estate and construction management in the public sector. Apart from the normal, day-to-day operations, she herself has started several successful enterprises and continued their development by way of applying processes of change management.

Today she dedicates her time to her work as an economic mediator (EUCON/RICS) and coach (DBCA). Through her own company, she advises and supports individuals, teams, organizations and companies, particularly in the real estate and construction sectors. In this manner, she provides help in mastering challenges or professional conflict situations and in activating clients’ own potential for solutions, especially in processes of change, transformation or participation.

She combines her practical experience with her knowledge and background as business mediator, coach and trainer and accompanies individuals and companies during negotiations and conflicting project situations as well as change processes.
