Gerd Hofer leads the TATIN Institute in Austria. For many years he has been inspiring and supporting companies in transformation processes as a strategy activation expert, restructuring manager, strategy consultant and leadership lateral thinker. He is passionate about how companies can unleash their full potential and use it meaningfully.

Until late 2015 he was an investment manager at Tyrol Equity AG, responsible for corporate restructuring, and was Head of the Program Office of various investment companies. This involved successful strategic alignment and repositioning of industrial companies, which duly increased their profitability. Prior to this he managed strategy projects and optimization programs in the corporate development and process management of an Austrian bank. He holds a diploma as a mental trainer and is a lecturer at an Austrian management college. He is a member of the advisory board of industrial companies, and an enthusiastic speaker.
