Luisa Schünemann is expert in Strategy Activation and Cultural Change.

She studied International Management at the ISM in Munich. She spent part of her studies in France and gained additional experience abroad in Spain and Mexico. As part of her studies she often worked together with companies on various projects. Her main focus was on corporate communications and human resources management.

Her enthusiasm for corporate transformation and executive development was sparked by her work as a student trainee at a management consultancy in Munich. In her bachelor thesis she deepened her knowledge in this field and did research on what motivates people to embrace change.

By working, traveling and studying in an international environment, she acquired extensive intercultural skills, which today benefit her in the Tatin team: Her open and empathetic nature helps her to think her way into different situations. She quickly grasps problems and always finds sustainable and holistic solutions.
