Co-working means working together across departments, functions and even companies. Madeleine von Mohl is convinced that it's about qualification instead of hierarchy. As founder and CEO of betahaus, the largest European co-working space with locations in Berlin, Hamburg, Sofia and Barcelona, Madeleine von Mohl is an expert when it comes to building leadership coalitions across hierarchies and departments. Since 2009 she has organized the StartupCall betapitch in eight European cities. During her history studies she was involved in the Politikfabrik, a student agency for political communication which is known as a result of the so-called Wahl-O-Mat.
