As a business psychologist and university lecturer in change management, she focuses on people and social dynamics. As Head of Transformation Analytics she places special emphasis on collecting and incorporating data in the strategy activation process to make success more measurable.

Before joining TATIN, she has worked in management development for a large automotive group and in a consulting company for personnel and organizational development. She completed her undergraduate studies in international management in German, English and Spanish in the US and Germany.
