See where your strategy lands
You see where your strategy lands and where it quietly seeps away.
With SPARKs, the TATIN Institute for Strategy Activation translates a company’s strategic priorities into short team routines within the existing regular team meeting. There, each team solves a real operational issue in a way that contributes to the strategy. From week 4, the board and PMO see in the Executive Dashboard where execution is holding up and where it is stalling, aggregated and anonymous.
Your leaders work on their most pressing operational issues, in sales, HR or controlling. Every solution contributes to your strategic priorities. This way, the strategy is executed through day-to-day business instead of competing with it for attention.
What do you see from week 4, and what do you decide?
- Two priorities compete for the same resources in many teams.
- Alignment loops and approvals pile up at one interface.
- One division is falling behind the others in execution.
- Sharpen, postpone or drop a priority.
- Clarify responsibilities and shorten approval paths.
- Provide targeted support before it shows up in the KPIs.
How does your strategy reach every team?
- Your prioritiesare translated into tailored SPARK questions.
- Every teamworks on them for around 20 minutes in the regular team meeting, typically every two weeks.
- Action with ownershipwithin the team’s own sphere of influence, with a binding timeline and impact check.
- Patterns across all teamsreveal what repeatedly slows things down.
- Executive Dashboardaggregated from five leaders upwards, live from week 4.

What role does AI play, and how is the data protected?
The AI is a tool, not a decision-maker. It makes visible what people are thinking within a team and across many teams. What follows from that is decided by people.
- Clustering anonymous contributions into topics
- Showing patterns that recur across many teams
- Documentation, follow-up and impact measurement
- Which topic gets put on the table
- What the patterns mean
- Which action is taken and who owns it
- Whether it worked
Contributions are anonymous. Names only appear where an action is given an owner, and only within the team itself. Analysis is exclusively aggregated across at least five leaders, at department or division level, never for individual teams. Precisely because nobody is being monitored, the data is honest. On request, we will present the system to your works council before the project starts.
How do SPARKs differ from classic approaches?
- Time required: extra meetings and offsites
- Reach: top management and pilot groups
- After three months: day-to-day business has won
- Measurement: manual or at extra cost
- Ownership: ends with the consultant
- Time required: around 20 minutes in the regular team meeting
- Reach: all teams, digitally scalable
- After three months: the rhythm keeps going
- Measurement: automatic, in real time
- Ownership: stays within the company
Steering from the top and improvement from below combine for maximum impact.
