Christina Berg
Christina Berg is Senior Associate Consultant at the TATIN Institute for Strategy Activation and an expert in strategy activation. She supports organisations through transformations. Her background in economics, consumer psychology and behavioural research helps her understand why people act differently in everyday life than planned, and how teams actually adopt new routines.
At TATIN she helps companies in industry, energy, automotive and media carry a new strategy into the everyday work of their teams, including during periods of major change such as an IPO.
Before becoming a consultant she worked for several years in various departments of a global chemicals group and gained experience at one of the world’s largest consultancies.
