Nuria Behringer
Nuria Behringer is CHRO of the TATIN Institute for Strategy Activation and part of the Management Team. As a business psychologist, she combines what strategy execution needs: a precise understanding of the social dynamics in teams and a solid data foundation that makes progress measurable.
For several years, she has been supporting TATIN’s corporate clients in sharpening and achieving their goals. Her experience: an organisation-wide strategic realignment only succeeds with a transformation strategy that fits the respective corporate culture.
As a university lecturer in change management, she puts people and social dynamics at the centre. At the same time, she ensures that data feeds into the activation process from the outset, so that successes become visible and manageable.
Previously, she worked in management development at a major automotive group and at a consultancy for HR and organisational development. She studied International Management in the USA and Germany, in German, English and Spanish.
