Sophia Carvalho Werrstein
Sophia Carvalho Werrstein is a Consultant Associate at the TATIN Institute for Strategy Activation. Together with her team, she delivers strategy activation and supports clients’ organisational development and transformation processes. Her intercultural expertise, language skills (German, English, Portuguese, Italian and French) and creativity help her work between the lines: communicating strategy across cultures, building interpersonal connections and using a universal visual language.
At TATIN, she supports international companies in implementing their strategies and maintains their Activation.now platforms.
With an MA in cultural and business studies, specialising in intercultural management and sociology, she takes a holistic view of strategies and translates them across cultures. She previously worked as an Area Account Manager for an international hotel chain, implementing its strategy locally, and as Executive Assistant to the CEO of an NGO, where she supported the education of refugee children.
