Raluca Uioreanu

Raluca Uioreanu heads Accounting at the TATIN Institute for Strategy Activation and is responsible for the institute's financial management. With her eye for figures, reporting and reliable processes, she frees up the team to focus on working with clients.
She studied Business Administration in Cluj, Romania, and moved to Munich in 2001, where she first worked at the European Patent Office.
Most recently, she worked at Mercateo AG, one of Europe's leading procurement platforms for business customers, where she was responsible for office organisation, reporting and statistical analysis.
Her interest in corporate strategy and strategy activation led her to the TATIN Institute.
