Regina Ruppel
Regina Ruppel is Consultant at the TATIN Institute for Strategy Activation and an expert in systemic organisational development. She supports companies in strategic change initiatives. Her attention is on what often invisibly slows down strategy execution: the dynamics between people, teams and departments.
As a psychologist (M.Sc.) with training as a systemic-integral consultant, she combines psychological expertise with a deep understanding of social and organisational dynamics. Her focus is on the holistic development of organisations, taking different perspectives into account.
Before that, she spent several years at a marketing agency, where alongside client projects she also shaped internal change and development processes. Today she draws on this experience to guide strategic change in a way that is practical, easy to connect with and sustainable.
