Lisa Kirberg
Lisa Kirberg is COO of the TATIN Institute for Strategy Activation and a member of the Management Team. She brings more than ten years of experience in leadership development and in accelerating strategy and transformation initiatives, most recently as CEO and Managing Director. What drives her: taking people with her through change, creating orientation and releasing energy.
At TATIN she makes sure that strategic ambitions turn into concrete results and that strategy is lived in the everyday work of teams and leaders, day after day.

From 2021 to 2025 she was CEO of DAY7 GmbH, whose solutions support companies, public authorities and consultancies worldwide in strategy and transformation initiatives. Before that, she spent more than six years at the MLI Leadership Institut in Munich, progressing from Consultant to Managing Director. Her focus was on leadership programmes and on supporting companies through transformation. Earlier, the MBA graduate gained international project experience as a Project Officer at the Federation of Canadian Municipalities in Ottawa.
